We source first choice (A-Grade) merchandise mostly from the designer’s previous season’s collection. The products are brand new, delivered in original packaging, including hang-tags, labels, and barcodes.

Q) How does our supplier deliver?

All international shipments are made by using FedEx Express or Economy. Target within 7 days of order.

Once our payment has been confirmed (by the supplier) they usually manage to ship out our purchase order within 1-2 business days (with 2 day delivery or less). Depending on our purchase amount it could take a few days longer.

Before shipping out any goods the supplier always quality controls each item. That all the original tags are included, NO defects are on any of your items and that all additional accessories are included

 

Q) How does our supplier deal with customs (Outside of EU)?

“Taken care of at our end” 

Since each country has different customs regulations we can provide documentation upon request. Although customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from FedEx or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. 

 

Q) Is the VAT included in the price?  “Our store adjusts for all sales taxes”

All prices listed on the catalog are VAT excluding. National Taxation VAT (20%): total order subject to VAT taxation national for domestic customers and customers within EU customers that are not able to provide a valid EU VAT. For customers located outside the EU, no VAT details are required.

 

Q) Are our suppliers products authentic?

All products purchased from the supplier are authentic. They can provide a full detailed invoice confirming exactly what you have purchased with all details present for your records. If needed they can write up an agreement contract between the two parties

Q) How often does the supplier’s stock/website get updated?

On a weekly basis, so keep an eye on the stock to get updated. There is the latest stock page. The best way to keep informed of our stock coming in or not yet on the website is to join our mailing list. All you do is put your name and email address in and we send one or two emails maximum per month with full details of upcoming stock. 

From the supplier: Since we ship out over 50 orders a day our inventory and packing lists change daily. If you would like to review everything we have in stock, we highly recommend that you visit our warehouse. We can guarantee that you won’t be disappointed with the selection and prices.
